3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读
0 Y. F* n. ^/ m4 i/ V/ F简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。  
4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持
紧密联系。
