职位描述:
1.协助顾问寻找合适的候选人，并一起完成每年的业绩指标。  
2.了解本人所负责的行业的人才状况，能够根据行业状况和客户公司状况，能较准确地判
断客户职位所要求的人才质量。  
5 h6 c, I9 ~! U. T, e4 H3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读
: ]7 ?7 N4 \. u6 b$ [1 L简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。  
& J) t( d- |7 d  Z+ Z4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持

要求:
0 |) G& n" q7 E2 U0 v% A% U1.优秀的英语口语和书写能力，良好的沟通技巧。
