·As one of the project team members to provide executive search service.

·Carry out market research according to business needs.

Requirement

·Has at least 1 year of working experience in customer service, business supp

·Has approachable personality, and strong language ability both in English, M

1.协助顾问寻找合适的候选人，并一起完成每年的业绩指标。  
! g1 Q8 V2 U1 g# |& l3 }$ S) Z3 R( l2.了解本人所负责的行业的人才状况，能够根据行业状况和客户公司状况，能较准确地判
断客户职位所要求的人才质量。  
3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读
简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。  
% x, Z+ D: b7 k) Z3 X5 o6 p+ o4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持
紧密联系。

1.优秀的英语口语和书写能力，良好的沟通技巧。
2.工作有热情,遇上困难不会轻易放弃。

5.本科学历,有工作经验尤佳。
