Requirement

1.协助顾问寻找合适的候选人，并一起完成每年的业绩指标。  
5 _7 x6 n" z# }6 P2.了解本人所负责的行业的人才状况，能够根据行业状况和客户公司状况，能较准确地判
断客户职位所要求的人才质量。  
3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读
! r: v& n8 d. m: d6 u% O简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。  
, z% W( i" r. M$ k0 ^4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持
紧密联系。
