Requirement

1.协助顾问寻找合适的候选人，并一起完成每年的业绩指标。  
) Q4 G! W/ G0 `4 M- s! G8 {/ b2.了解本人所负责的行业的人才状况，能够根据行业状况和客户公司状况，能较准确地判
断客户职位所要求的人才质量。  
8 }" B) B& k  j4 `5 b' _3.有一定的判断/识别能力，能够判断有可能符合客户职位要求的候选人群，能够通过阅读
简历，与候选人交谈，和进行背景调查收集真实有用的信息。  
4.能在较短时间内建立候选人对新职位的兴趣，展现公司和本人的专业形象，并与其保持
紧密联系。

1.优秀的英语口语和书写能力，良好的沟通技巧。
