Customer Support Agent - Cantonese Speaker 广东话客户服务代表

General Summary:, q0 A* k- L* B* Q6 K$ ~, A. e3 H5 z
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English. * b* O2 S) s. F! X; g% H5 }, Y2 R
Specific Duties:% K( h4 B) Q2 L4 h0 {
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time
3 S8 K% d$ E* ?  W6 M$ {! G2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.9 K2 Q5 P, l7 i% ~6 p8 E
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.& ~9 `. V0 }" O5 R3 B
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
4 X+ ]7 c  }& k' n) _5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.
3 e: i9 D# t2 K8 m+ U# v6. Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
+ X6 K* ~* W& A  b! s. ?. S6 y  ~& G& F
1. Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred.
: K" V6 w& N$ D" m- g2 b3 O2. Good oral and written English skills.# n9 B( z9 ^! k4 f$ H$ |
3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
$ J1 N; e/ F! j5 M2 a% A, Z7 k3 `4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
/ g; O% u9 S. ^& E' J& l6 |' l5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.
  ]/ o. y3 m: j9 @6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet

7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
