Customer Support Agent - Cantonese Speaker 广东话客户服务代表

(Hong Kong Customer Support Department香港客户服务部)3 z" L/ U* i4 y" a' ?
General Summary:4 l% a9 _, A! z) F9 ]
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English.
( J8 ]" F2 M/ X& L' c+ O, R9 R
Specific Duties:4 C6 d$ |( b$ E# W7 ~. G
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time; A- T6 a  v' R0 A
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.
6 L( u+ r! L  C% g3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.% a* R$ }1 l. R- C
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.. u' n! A' c8 Z% ~1 |" \: L
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.8 {- \! ]* C/ y# ^* c5 P
6. Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Good Cantonese speaking capability. Native Cantonese preferred.
: R; j: c+ @0 z4 S0 r2. Good oral and written English skills.( [' J+ e: X( _& y
3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
! \* ?8 o* B% a; j& P4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.! q2 Y' K" c, L  U1 G
5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.; W$ h( g( J! @4 a6 E3 g9 r6 H
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet

7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
