Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer (either in Hongkong or other Cantonese speaking area) inquiries via Live Chat communication/email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Cantonese and/or English.
( J8 ]" F2 M/ X& L' c+ O, R9 RSpecific Duties:4 C6 d$ |( b$ E# W7 ~. G
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time; A- T6 a v' R0 A
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Cantonese and English.
