ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To achieve sales targets through retaining existing business, making product recommendations to customers and increasing premium product sales.

• To implement the key account management strategy effectively to grow our business and acquire new customers.

• To be aware of current activities in the industrial market relating to customers and competitors; to build and maintain good customer relationships.

• To maximize business by liaising regularly with the industrial support staff, e.g. Technical Service Engineer, Business Support Executive and Customer Service team.

• To carry out all required administrative work punctually and to the required standard making use of tools such as Platinum.net.

• To ensure customers’ credit worthiness and prompt collection of debts.
