The duties are:

1.Be a receptionist and contact person of the company customers, receive and answer phone calls in professional manner, ensuring a positive image to the visitors
7 [0 I) j; [4 _' a% p7 w$ T2.Mail and facsimiles service for daily office, renew the office contact list# N! e1 f2 h! o; M5 X/ b
3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing. E& j3 x3 Y! r7 Z: K0 {2 [
4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system
3 u1 Z& ]( o/ L$ @" D# _: R% v5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments
9 m' {# p- ]3 `6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.
! i6 t: e& B6 X1 K1 t# T4 J2 H/ R( y7.In charge of mail delivery6 a- E7 B1 Z8 S
8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary

1.Make sure the payment timely and accurate ;

4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;
# W/ Q1 G, M4 S" N7 q5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily; * l- O5 G4 M) b8 ^* t
6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.
$ N8 L% m8 V6 W6 J3 i4 I7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;+ X: a( D3 i9 x; t
8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc.4 l- ^6 q9 S% f! l7 x3 ]# ?. c: w
9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;
# W8 Y1 w! L; r: v+ x) s10.Prepare bank reconciliation, verify and adjust payment or receipts in transits;2 B9 V+ w2 V3 n& U6 @" l7 q; t
11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;8 j* \$ r/ i3 x6 Q0 N8 S$ n: c
12.Responsible for the invoices, receipts of purchase

1.Handle personnel affairs such as recruitment of staff, orientation presentation, staff insurance, industrial relations, other personnel issues.

1.Message, emails, documents translation, meeting interpretation.

REQUIREMENTS:, z+ v% ]7 B/ r2 ]! ?3 B
1) Proficiency in both spoken and written English (CET BAND-6 or above), Cantonese & Mandarin, and computer skills.
! ]$ u  u% B1 W7 y+ _3) Well-organized, attentive to details, proactive and hardworking.
% e" k* N! H: q7 Z& \5 [3 E$ N4) Knowledge for office administration,accounting, secretarial principles, business English,etc. $ z. G) S, Z7 n8 b  n$ l- m- v8 \& u8 n
5) Experience in foreigner company representative office is preferred.
+ v7 E; I4 n: q6) Native Guangzhou people are preferred.

6.协助外国人办理签证、就业证、居住许可,以及商务出差的机票、酒店预订及其他事宜

要求:+ s3 \$ ]7 @8 G& J* b1 s
1.英语书面及口头表达能力强(CET6 或TEM8优先),会说粤语及国语;
9 f0 d0 U" H2 P# B2.做事有条理,注重细节,工作积极主动、勤奋;
$ |. a) {4 a4 y* b# L7 Z1 k3.对办公室行政、财务、秘书工作有一定了解;
& I' G, e5 Y* j6 V4.有外企工作经验优先(尤其是外国企业常驻代表处);
/ {* P4 ^4 n3 A" U& l5.广州本地人优先。
