1.Be a receptionist and contact person of the company customers, receive and answer phone calls in professional manner, ensuring a positive image to the visitors

3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing
: ^3 |9 D0 M, l; j: v+ C# p4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system
- T0 r, ]& s' v5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments
( D; F( C  G' S: x; G# s6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.' p1 ^" g$ a+ s3 ]# w# _9 D
7.In charge of mail delivery
" H0 f! e4 H1 e* a3 c- y; w5 d8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary

Cashier:

2.Make sure all the payment should be in line with payment procedure
* ?& C/ Z- r" d* a3.To ensure cash and bank account are usual ;
  Q' w) r, \3 O% g: d4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;
) p- k( z" x/ z1 O; Z; a( J$ f5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily;
9 D/ ~& u& Z0 y" a6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.+ o% U: X+ I* U) x+ n! h# P( q
7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;7 {; P# b4 ~, z' `
8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc.
/ B  K5 {9 k+ p& p" V1 t9 K8 l( R9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;

11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;, s# a% i' M, U1 s1 }1 p% J

HR assistant

2.Make monthly pay-roll and hand out salary

1) Proficiency in both spoken and written English (CET BAND-6 or above), Cantonese & Mandarin, and computer skills.

要求:

3.对办公室行政、财务、秘书工作有一定了解;2 T- S! Y/ h$ R

5.广州本地人优先。
