1.Be a receptionist and contact person of the company customers, receive and answer phone calls in professional manner, ensuring a positive image to the visitors
: {+ O& y1 N' S7 K" `2.Mail and facsimiles service for daily office, renew the office contact list7 p# Z$ l* I# w4 R: j7 R+ \$ A1 c. z
3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing
& Y) S  o3 W+ n, |4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system
3 c- D- |7 S' }- g  d# j5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments. M) T* j5 z" ]# c8 ]
6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.
$ z! Q: F! O: F: k3 t7.In charge of mail delivery
# d9 f- y8 W: k, R( n8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary  G# x" G1 l& q1 r
9.Monitoring the cleaner to tidy and clean the studio

Cashier:
8 ]" \& x3 c% {4 x1.Make sure the payment timely and accurate ;
/ l+ y% X9 A# l* E' N2.Make sure all the payment should be in line with payment procedure
* ^& x, Y1 n. j' U; ?6 c" @3.To ensure cash and bank account are usual ;4 C' ~4 h) C) v; {
4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;' ]6 r) L0 r6 D: }
5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily; ! E7 I; f4 P4 c
6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.
4 q6 N; B, i& a7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;
/ _' q5 v5 X: A* q; q6 t' B8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc.6 s$ s$ W% G9 B- u
9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;
$ B( Z  [2 r- ]  p1 e10.Prepare bank reconciliation, verify and adjust payment or receipts in transits;
# V' j$ j; L8 K% y5 r4 o11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;
9 {  K# V8 B- w' s7 M( A12.Responsible for the invoices, receipts of purchase

3) Well-organized, attentive to details, proactive and hardworking./ d2 _( o1 |+ D$ N# V
4) Knowledge for office administration,accounting, secretarial principles, business English,etc. * i# j! j9 z- {$ L
5) Experience in foreigner company representative office is preferred.; Z/ {/ h0 O# M5 T* e* i3 p

要求:
" {+ |2 T! M, l1.英语书面及口头表达能力强(CET6 或TEM8优先),会说粤语及国语;- K$ u: j8 r, f+ Q' g; }
2.做事有条理,注重细节,工作积极主动、勤奋;$ M+ f. h: o1 q& g0 Z# G. _6 k
3.对办公室行政、财务、秘书工作有一定了解;
) g# @3 G% b8 a' w( d4.有外企工作经验优先(尤其是外国企业常驻代表处);3 h8 P5 n2 h( r8 o
5.广州本地人优先。
