The duties are:

1.Be a receptionist and contact person of the company customers, receive and answer phone calls in professional manner, ensuring a positive image to the visitors
: I/ P  N3 M+ q! M. X2.Mail and facsimiles service for daily office, renew the office contact list0 j3 }8 ~$ A3 f" l& {4 t2 _$ B
3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing' Q. A0 I, ]/ H) v6 x9 m* ]
4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system5 a7 I& L( b1 R# j0 Q- R
5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments
! V0 B* z& v- h6 S1 ~) N; S6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.
& X. g6 ~/ R" P0 N- t3 ]7.In charge of mail delivery
' ?8 [. _4 g# |9 P" T8 x- p, Q8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary- {8 F9 G! t+ u6 N# w
9.Monitoring the cleaner to tidy and clean the studio  R- I# T6 q7 A0 J7 o, P# `

1.Make sure the payment timely and accurate ;% G9 @* w" f, |! [7 |7 m0 y4 ?
2.Make sure all the payment should be in line with payment procedure
+ i+ d3 e. K6 @% n- Q5 @3.To ensure cash and bank account are usual ;5 h- e$ Q, J$ o
4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;8 V+ z' o4 z5 R: w' X
5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily; " w$ b: D" m% n: A1 I  R3 c, H
6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.7 s5 s' a/ W% u# s) L
7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;
) ]! h5 A) q2 R3 V6 X2 }3 f8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc." K1 @% J2 \3 b7 l' \
9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;
" U5 [' m# e& }  `/ l0 a7 T10.Prepare bank reconciliation, verify and adjust payment or receipts in transits;
$ n' e4 }$ I0 I2 `% a7 B4 R11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;

13.Make spreadsheets and declare tax of staff and company

1.Handle personnel affairs such as recruitment of staff, orientation presentation, staff insurance, industrial relations, other personnel issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
/ ?9 w. w: Y/ g# a$ K2 t- a1) Proficiency in both spoken and written English (CET BAND-6 or above), Cantonese & Mandarin, and computer skills.5 h" V) n% X5 P* z3 ^1 e
3) Well-organized, attentive to details, proactive and hardworking.7 X  q- l1 s8 `3 x9 _) x
4) Knowledge for office administration,accounting, secretarial principles, business English,etc. 4 k% \- v5 q) V) I9 f5 Q, w1 c: [
5) Experience in foreigner company representative office is preferred.

1.英语书面及口头表达能力强(CET6 或TEM8优先),会说粤语及国语;. A: T6 i9 ?" U# E2 N( j$ S
2.做事有条理,注重细节,工作积极主动、勤奋;! M  M, f% t" J4 b, c3 T
3.对办公室行政、财务、秘书工作有一定了解;5 k% ]# J# i9 u. ?. ]0 R
4.有外企工作经验优先(尤其是外国企业常驻代表处);
