Administration:. F- I$ I- T- K
1.Be a receptionist and contact person of the company customers, receive and answer phone calls in professional manner, ensuring a positive image to the visitors
. {) E2 p2 O: N' n* E% ^2.Mail and facsimiles service for daily office, renew the office contact list: a7 D0 w/ n$ B; d
3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing$ t- F, _# M& r8 p8 Y
4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system9 p- Y3 p8 o0 t( B5 b
5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments
# D- I( l9 U, g$ V6 ]8 ~+ }- @* K$ W6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.9 B7 V0 f. N  u0 ]3 ]
7.In charge of mail delivery
+ {% X0 s; Z! z. I  {5 n8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary
& G2 R0 w6 s6 y! j; y, P9.Monitoring the cleaner to tidy and clean the studio

Cashier:
) r9 J3 @4 @2 ~) {' c6 I1.Make sure the payment timely and accurate ;& r" h1 k3 d  O; }( P
2.Make sure all the payment should be in line with payment procedure3 v+ ]( e! `' X
3.To ensure cash and bank account are usual ;
+ V; ?+ F  y* x# s- Q- d4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;
) O: p1 z; _% P" I1 i5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily;
* |& ~4 S9 N3 ^# V4 W2 X& Q1 M' _6 ^6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.
5 k5 k, a; U. D0 q( _" M0 n7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;* S* }5 J& o. T
8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc.
2 m% q8 ^, z9 R9 P9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;+ _( g- O' H& b5 Q. q5 a# E3 w
10.Prepare bank reconciliation, verify and adjust payment or receipts in transits;
! Q9 T3 @) ?/ p. \7 Z# B11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;; z' \) ^8 Z/ S% }( ?" m
12.Responsible for the invoices, receipts of purchase

HR assistant
, n- l7 R) l9 j% ~: R. v1.Handle personnel affairs such as recruitment of staff, orientation presentation, staff insurance, industrial relations, other personnel issues.

1.Message, emails, documents translation, meeting interpretation.

REQUIREMENTS:
( X( ^8 k+ f; r. W! o1) Proficiency in both spoken and written English (CET BAND-6 or above), Cantonese & Mandarin, and computer skills.

4) Knowledge for office administration,accounting, secretarial principles, business English,etc.
