3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing
3 R& J6 g0 V1 T4 [1 Z4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system' w3 v$ P; x  J
5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments0 t0 A; D1 g$ m; E- J
6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.

8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary- L2 n0 O3 q$ M8 O4 `# o- d
9.Monitoring the cleaner to tidy and clean the studio: w6 s" A1 s3 ]' V+ E6 r

4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;& d5 G1 r8 Y6 f  Y4 h$ S6 d$ P. q
5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily;
& t. J- u1 n9 D5 y/ x7 c6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.2 [7 Y3 A# [1 w" z4 X7 U
7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;
% U5 l% y7 ^; h7 F5 u8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc.
0 X# \5 j% v1 i4 r! R; O9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;
8 x) p2 D: F% Y- q& B/ X10.Prepare bank reconciliation, verify and adjust payment or receipts in transits;1 }- ]& N9 c! ~/ P) c4 P4 G& O% u
11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;

13.Make spreadsheets and declare tax of staff and company

1.英语书面及口头表达能力强(CET6 或TEM8优先),会说粤语及国语;( Y5 o: ^  i+ p" J
2.做事有条理,注重细节,工作积极主动、勤奋;
  d: [( Z  A6 I* C# }. Q! A3.对办公室行政、财务、秘书工作有一定了解;
