Administration:$ |( N( E' @2 ?
1.Be a receptionist and contact person of the company customers, receive and answer phone calls in professional manner, ensuring a positive image to the visitors
! W. Q+ V. \# e* R2.Mail and facsimiles service for daily office, renew the office contact list- R' j% c. V7 F  V3 k; L, H
3.Routine check and maintenance of office equipment and materials, stationery management: ordering, purchasing and distributing. i7 @2 b5 {+ J# ~" X0 L3 l- G
4.Maintaining and filing administrative documents and database, office setup support & management, including staff managing and work procedure drafting etc. ,bettering admin filing system
. n8 u3 _3 i' w2 p5.Assisting in updating for documents information, Coordinate operation of different departments8 p; a$ i5 Y& Y; H' _; |  E9 W
6.Coordinating visiting arrangements for GM & Director, arrange business traveling such as booking air tickets, hotels, and airport pick up; and expense tracking on the departmental tickets, transportation, etc.
$ G, h. F8 q( U2 B& M7.In charge of mail delivery0 ~" L. x$ q( H: \6 ?& J" t
8.Renewing all the company’s licenses, certificates in time when necessary
9 ^2 k# N, I6 u. s+ ^' E& I& S9.Monitoring the cleaner to tidy and clean the studio

1.Make sure the payment timely and accurate ;
) b. g1 w" P- t7 y$ S( @7 r$ d7 a2.Make sure all the payment should be in line with payment procedure
9 q+ J3 M' R9 _: S3.To ensure cash and bank account are usual ;* O" R0 H, J% q' o3 }
4.Book-keeping timely and accuracy, also double check with the lists to make sure the two do match;  o3 q) {2 v4 y& `2 B+ E+ }% m
5.Finish the voucher on time, make sure that is security, completeness and lookup easily; 4 s- S8 L5 @& q. j) G9 A8 U
6.Assist to register and update bank documents on time.' \+ a: o7 ?" M
7.Collect and check expense claims, invoices, prepare vouchers, arrange payments by cheque/bank and bookkeeping of expense;
  p4 g& ?; U7 [6 z  N+ J- d8.Custody of cash and bank documents-cheque, etc.
2 \/ v0 y* ~" a' n) e8 a8 m* P1 J9.Responsible for book-keeping of cash and bank accounts;: |. o; B" h: D8 L3 p  W5 a
10.Prepare bank reconciliation, verify and adjust payment or receipts in transits;
. D, \  e3 W0 s/ E# z* n( l0 D11.Responsible for foreign exchange business-settlement of exchange etc;

13.Make spreadsheets and declare tax of staff and company

HR assistant
: D. e) F% [3 \3 O1.Handle personnel affairs such as recruitment of staff, orientation presentation, staff insurance, industrial relations, other personnel issues.2 c1 S1 h- Z0 D- U1 F  }  F) z; E
2.Make monthly pay-roll and hand out salary

1.Message, emails, documents translation, meeting interpretation.

REQUIREMENTS:
% t6 A) H7 B! B! |# O8 A+ f' E$ a1) Proficiency in both spoken and written English (CET BAND-6 or above), Cantonese & Mandarin, and computer skills.' G) K3 `1 S- G$ v) o
3) Well-organized, attentive to details, proactive and hardworking.
2 L, B( j' q# I% s4 V" D4) Knowledge for office administration,accounting, secretarial principles, business English,etc.
9 Q/ G9 z) _- y% ^; R2 n1 ]4 l5) Experience in foreigner company representative office is preferred.
) J0 O6 y5 y. A1 Z, b! f/ s0 R6) Native Guangzhou people are preferred.

' t$ q' s- b+ K1.英语书面及口头表达能力强(CET6 或TEM8优先),会说粤语及国语;

3.对办公室行政、财务、秘书工作有一定了解;
( p* W: ^7 u: P. A; b; |; I" W4.有外企工作经验优先(尤其是外国企业常驻代表处);6 S* F- D( {$ A3 G! i; O& Z; b" E
5.广州本地人优先。
