Requirements:
    Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or other related majors
    Solid knowledge of C/C++ or related programming language is a must.

    Knowledge of Computer networking is an asset.

6 z# h: @& T7 i$ S5 [      As first line technical support engineer, deliver technical solution according customer service request
      Investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot on systems that are in operation
* ^: Y+ S2 r- f, ~( F# H6 y·     Working with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations
·     Implementation of proactive maintenance activities, e.g.: software patch package loading, parameter adjusting and so on
·     Participate in technical discussing meeting with customer

·     At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent

·     Good communication ability and presentation skill
