    Solid knowledge of C/C++ or related programming language is a must.

    Knowledge of Computer networking is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- g! |! G3 X; {/ V9 z4 G! c& }      As first line technical support engineer, deliver technical solution according customer service request
      Investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot on systems that are in operation
/ \0 m* e. l* i8 {: p+ ?9 b·     Working with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations
·     Implementation of proactive maintenance activities, e.g.: software patch package loading, parameter adjusting and so on

·     Often travel domestically or internationally and work in different cultural environments

, V0 ~! k; S# q; M1 Q·     At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
