A Services Engineer provides technical service and support to new and existing
customer networks or internal Ericsson test plants – telecom and datacom. Pl
ans, designs, troubleshoot and resolves problems in order to stabilise and opt
imise customer networks. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutio
ns in new and live customer networks, Delivers Learning services.

7 d3 x, U4 h8 v5 u0 c* {All activities performed by a Services Engineer should (normally) be in accord
ance to customer contract.
8 H9 y* A3 d7 L: F. ZServices Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and o
peration managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery
0 u4 Y  l1 ?  }7 g4 h' Y! Forganization. They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd Party supp
liers and local authorities.
; ?" n7 ^( W' X3 e8 A) Y3 n$ P7 YDeliver services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and
/or support of products and networks in accordance with a customer service con
% C, [: _2 o' Y2 ntract. Services are predominantly delivered in live customer networks.
; T/ c4 e  k" R6 J# p6 VCreate software packages for specific customers to stabilise and optimise thei
5 j4 \: I% {6 d6 rr networks, including customisations of interfaces between products.
7 f+ B& G3 A# X6 J0 uIdentify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternat
; c: P) A8 w0 |. Q2 Kives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
Develop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and i
n accordance to customer requirements.
Plan, design and optimise the network based on the customers' requirements on

Bachelor degree or above of first level University
Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
Business and management awareness

  m: @3 t+ Q/ @% V* O6 DStrong customer focus and problem solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
Well organized and have structure thinking

# B" [7 B- o. l5 t9 iExperience of Ericsson product support. (optional)
Experience of Unix Applications knowledge. SCSA /SCNA certification is most pr

: k: l4 l0 X% T* @Highly experience of TCP/IP knowledge, CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.

Highly experience with Datacom products, e.g Router, Lanswitch, Firewall.
