) V6 ?7 G. A, G( D" Y1 `5 x$ \A Services Engineer provides technical service and support to new and existing
customer networks or internal Ericsson test plants – telecom and datacom. Pl
ans, designs, troubleshoot and resolves problems in order to stabilise and opt
# E4 \" p: K  w0 |9 Yimise customer networks. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutio
' w6 ~: O- ^5 fns in new and live customer networks, Delivers Learning services.

Responsibilities:
8 V0 h" G, s: }, \/ T" i) d3 F, YAll activities performed by a Services Engineer should (normally) be in accord
( q! v6 J! N+ n; Iance to customer contract.
Services Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and o
peration managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery
/ y) h+ x( l9 K) y; Q3 r- I5 Lorganization. They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd Party supp
liers and local authorities.
Deliver services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and
/or support of products and networks in accordance with a customer service con
tract. Services are predominantly delivered in live customer networks.
Create software packages for specific customers to stabilise and optimise thei
4 F' G% C( [9 `3 S* B' Z# b4 c7 ar networks, including customisations of interfaces between products.
" G8 Q, T1 e5 pIdentify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternat
. E5 }/ y7 }# m! f4 G" X. iives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.

n accordance to customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above of first level University
Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
Business and management awareness
4 y- C. V; h1 n; V* g5 G( m. FStrong leadership and communication skill
# R/ |4 K) J2 fStrong customer focus and problem solving skills.
8 ?) b0 u' c/ C6 _Comprehensive knowledge of technologies

Initiative and positive personal personality  
Experience of Ericsson product support. (optional)
/ W6 D. y" B: j2 ~Experience of Unix Applications knowledge. SCSA /SCNA certification is most pr

' h( N! X! m2 l; x2 f: zHighly experience of TCP/IP knowledge, CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.
