' I* v5 [8 C; P1 n  R  FA Services Engineer provides technical service and support to new and existing
customer networks or internal Ericsson test plants – telecom and datacom. Pl
ans, designs, troubleshoot and resolves problems in order to stabilise and opt
imise customer networks. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutio

Responsibilities:
All activities performed by a Services Engineer should (normally) be in accord
/ l9 Y: }: N! r0 s1 o. Jance to customer contract.
2 w  f; Y- N9 ^7 LServices Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and o
+ \6 P) w% Q+ x( [$ \peration managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery
organization. They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd Party supp
$ H9 d; U* p# d& D' Yliers and local authorities.
& i7 Y; Z9 P. k+ ?& oDeliver services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and
/or support of products and networks in accordance with a customer service con
+ q- n- Y; K1 _+ W6 @) D) Utract. Services are predominantly delivered in live customer networks.
4 [! `' d' b/ `. I4 SCreate software packages for specific customers to stabilise and optimise thei
r networks, including customisations of interfaces between products.
  z  F, Q8 f5 w. J% ^8 l; VIdentify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternat
ives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
' e: F, ?# O& ?& UDevelop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and i
/ Y% b% K; V. a% an accordance to customer requirements.
Plan, design and optimise the network based on the customers' requirements on
the technical functionality.

ties to the appropriate function within Ericsson.

2 ^4 h* i, \: O5 T" ~Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing

# B: w- _3 C, C4 AStrong leadership and communication skill
! \: X) A- T4 \6 aStrong customer focus and problem solving skills.

Well organized and have structure thinking

/ W7 z& u5 x6 }# v) q: RExperience of Ericsson product support. (optional)
, ?  V/ X5 `% P# Q2 e4 kExperience of Unix Applications knowledge. SCSA /SCNA certification is most pr
eferred.
- N- R! E  U6 v+ ?Highly experience of TCP/IP knowledge, CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.

Highly experience with Datacom products, e.g Router, Lanswitch, Firewall.
