Job Objective:
4 s. N% |* @  ?& qA Services Engineer provides technical service and support to new and existing
. F% [% v7 K. icustomer networks or internal Ericsson test plants – telecom and datacom. Pl
ans, designs, troubleshoot and resolves problems in order to stabilise and opt
5 t5 w8 C7 [; i3 }imise customer networks. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutio
ns in new and live customer networks, Delivers Learning services.

; B1 E: J% f6 q; VResponsibilities:
All activities performed by a Services Engineer should (normally) be in accord
& B! ?6 Y$ w& a1 v" hance to customer contract.
Services Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and o
% J  l8 p5 ]* X; E0 l( hperation managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery
' k4 U& l% B. U* L+ ]4 k1 r7 p2 n* _organization. They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd Party supp
liers and local authorities.
Deliver services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and
! |) V2 r& ]- P& p& u% L/or support of products and networks in accordance with a customer service con
0 w1 Q: [! K" {- Wtract. Services are predominantly delivered in live customer networks.
Create software packages for specific customers to stabilise and optimise thei
r networks, including customisations of interfaces between products.
5 C: W' V5 O( s9 l% R1 iIdentify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternat
/ }1 Q% Z; J9 r% E( o  j8 _ives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
+ r* w4 c4 B1 I3 A8 e: qDevelop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and i
6 a9 G4 s7 \  Z" D1 cn accordance to customer requirements.
Plan, design and optimise the network based on the customers' requirements on
the technical functionality.
$ N1 S( n# J' |5 \When applicable, identify add on sales opportunities and address the opportuni
ties to the appropriate function within Ericsson.

Bachelor degree or above of first level University
( y$ {- S& c! n* RFluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
Business and management awareness
Strong leadership and communication skill
, L4 h9 C2 S; r% V; C: WStrong customer focus and problem solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
4 l% Y8 q& \& ?% FWell organized and have structure thinking
Initiative and positive personal personality  
Experience of Ericsson product support. (optional)
