* D' q8 r  ^3 G" z+ W, {- X# _A Services Engineer provides technical service and support to new and existing
  M% o4 Y4 U3 y' Y; p# d: Mcustomer networks or internal Ericsson test plants – telecom and datacom. Pl
ans, designs, troubleshoot and resolves problems in order to stabilise and opt
imise customer networks. Configures and integrates different nodes and solutio
  V2 f# H: p% G& q* x0 Fns in new and live customer networks, Delivers Learning services.

Responsibilities:
# X4 t" [4 V( |: m) QAll activities performed by a Services Engineer should (normally) be in accord
- \. v2 e+ m' h& ]ance to customer contract.
Services Engineer would typically interact with customer technical staff and o
, S8 H* i) l5 V0 g5 iperation managers, service engineers and other groups within Service Delivery
' N, v$ y0 ^& c& ?  ~, X2 S8 b/ Iorganization. They may also interact with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd Party supp
liers and local authorities.
Deliver services within site engineering, integration and/or configuration and
/or support of products and networks in accordance with a customer service con
tract. Services are predominantly delivered in live customer networks.
Create software packages for specific customers to stabilise and optimise thei
% @* M+ s  j$ ^4 k6 d% Nr networks, including customisations of interfaces between products.
Identify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternat
' v6 b: e. X3 Xives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
' Y* F5 N  N% s) ODevelop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and i
* N9 u/ `7 ^+ r; pn accordance to customer requirements.
Plan, design and optimise the network based on the customers' requirements on
the technical functionality.
  V! U2 P* j7 B. V" E, u+ ^When applicable, identify add on sales opportunities and address the opportuni
ties to the appropriate function within Ericsson.

/ F: f6 W: I: I. K9 }8 S1 \Bachelor degree or above of first level University
1 _4 W% P  e* M' K% L/ FFluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
Business and management awareness

Strong customer focus and problem solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
Well organized and have structure thinking
Initiative and positive personal personality  
& J7 C/ A9 h' r3 K) iExperience of Ericsson product support. (optional)
5 B- N7 _0 r/ ]3 }; g3 q) Z+ }5 uExperience of Unix Applications knowledge. SCSA /SCNA certification is most pr
eferred.
Highly experience of TCP/IP knowledge, CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.
