Product Engineer产品工程师

Mission:

Responsibleof product design for heat exchanger within project team.

MainDuties:
$ w/ b' j0 @! Z5 J' Y% dIntegrated in a project team to manage product design for new projects,carry-over, modifications and advanced project.
Design and validate products
/ b# H7 p- e7 g' O$ FAnalyze customers specifications
Support Sales on Concept Competition Phase
6 m+ S; H  _& E- i3 K0 jManage design & validation of product drawings, moke-up, tryouts
Recommend product technical choices based on standards & norms
1 D2 b6 g4 O0 m* tWrite functional specifications for suppliers which integrate design
Define product FMEA
Promote know-how capitalization through existing database
Within its project and in respect of budget, manage relation with CTC for project development
Apply and improve studies procedures

Degree in Engineering
5 O% D3 n) _/ h9 i7 A/ }Native language: Chinese. Fluent in English, French is a plus.

Process Engineer工艺工程师

Mission:
7 n* ?& N( E3 Z2 A  @. WManages the development and implementation of all manufacturing equipments in order to meet

the QCD targets of the project.
Assist the APU Manager to optimize the industrial and VPS aspects of the APU in Foshan

ensuring the efficient operation of the process in line with Valeo Group and Division

standards.

2 I( \9 t7 D5 WMain Duties:  
During the project phase:
1 p7 w( R9 E! Q/ k) ]/ ]  NWrite the specification of the manufacturing equipment and other production means
Monitor the production and tuning of the production equipments.
) }" i0 n$ a! B8 tDeliver these equipment to production team and organize the production line/stations in line with VPS recommendations
Define the manufacturing instructions  
/ Q- v7 b$ X. d2 c5 ~8 Q" rSupport purchasing in the selection and follow up of production equipment suppliers.

After SOP  
( F% h* a) h+ C. ?* _Integrated fully into the manufacturing and APU organisation, organise the support from Europe, where there is significant experience in terms of product and process,
Maintain and update the data base relating to process cycle time of the production operations,
$ j* z3 q0 o, b0 `' Q! r0 C; UIdentify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency ofoperation and material waste,  
Maintain and update the standard operation instructions and control plan instructions of all production work stations. Ensure their proper use,
, [3 I9 M% G! O: Z3 XEnsure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirements of all

equipment operational functions,
! I/ E: [$ U3 Y7 S( a+ e" lPilot workshops for TPM (Total productive maintenance) activities, SMED, HOSHIN and 5S,
Work together with Production and Quality Department to improve products and process quality,
( D# s; H, `" e/ EAssist in the local sourcing of tooling and consumable items to support production.

Native language: Chinese, Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Experience in method/production in the high volume industry, automotive industry is a plus
