Product Engineer产品工程师

Mission:

Responsibleof product design for heat exchanger within project team.

MainDuties:
: v* i- [9 v1 I1 m5 d& m0 W8 MIntegrated in a project team to manage product design for new projects,carry-over, modifications and advanced project.
/ ~: w3 Q3 K5 S% bDesign and validate products
- q- S/ _5 H7 b6 S# BAnalyze customers specifications
Support Sales on Concept Competition Phase
- k$ `7 D" E1 Q! s2 j1 KManage design & validation of product drawings, moke-up, tryouts
. g. D0 u7 S3 [+ L& y' @Recommend product technical choices based on standards & norms
Write functional specifications for suppliers which integrate design

Promote know-how capitalization through existing database

Degree in Engineering
3 J: Y, e* f) oNative language: Chinese. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
9 n" ^! q# c5 ~8 L3 A1 BExperience in method/production in the high volume industry, Automotiveindustry is a plus (3 years minimum)

Process Engineer工艺工程师

Mission:
Manages the development and implementation of all manufacturing equipments in order to meet

the QCD targets of the project.
Assist the APU Manager to optimize the industrial and VPS aspects of the APU in Foshan

ensuring the efficient operation of the process in line with Valeo Group and Division

standards.

  E& E6 K6 D/ o/ o% f# C: e/ B8 _Main Duties:  
During the project phase:
Write the specification of the manufacturing equipment and other production means
Monitor the production and tuning of the production equipments.
Deliver these equipment to production team and organize the production line/stations in line with VPS recommendations
Define the manufacturing instructions  
Support purchasing in the selection and follow up of production equipment suppliers.

After SOP  
Integrated fully into the manufacturing and APU organisation, organise the support from Europe, where there is significant experience in terms of product and process,
Maintain and update the data base relating to process cycle time of the production operations,
Identify and implement cost reduction activities relating to process time, efficiency ofoperation and material waste,  
Maintain and update the standard operation instructions and control plan instructions of all production work stations. Ensure their proper use,
Ensure the safety, ergonomics and according to the environmental requirements of all

equipment operational functions,
" u4 I7 S/ ~5 v) |% B% uPilot workshops for TPM (Total productive maintenance) activities, SMED, HOSHIN and 5S,
# m: \: S! A( H" o- `0 vWork together with Production and Quality Department to improve products and process quality,
Assist in the local sourcing of tooling and consumable items to support production.
