- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;
- j* `. H4 t' G$ Wto customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;
' D: p2 f p$ E, L! ?- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
2 J" [% `: ^7 z' p! j7 O- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities; ! x* }/ O2 z0 G8 K, R/ e
- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

Requirements:
1 j* z5 e" u8 ?$ t3 ^: h' S* W0 k: d3 p- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable; ; e7 V& ^9 S" \
- Fluent and pure Cantonese;
, h& \5 G2 |+ K/ {1 W% g- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; 2 O- M8 A, a/ X& @
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable; $ ^3 H, n. J5 E$ j
- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; - j: n/ `' H9 p. k: U, w- j) V
- Excellent customer orientation mindset; ) e6 d9 h, x: O
