- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response; 0 _* p+ E% I- |. Q/ m% w7 L
to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;

- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities; - o! m( m; ?$ @7 O% y. G! Y$ u9 s
- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

Requirements:

- Fluent and pure Cantonese; 0 A4 v) [4 n6 m1 c. J" L# [) G
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; 1 b4 H( U, } s
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable; 9 \6 p6 B) _* X4 O: [
- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; ( o3 N+ b& E' J( X+ @* {
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
