- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;
- w6 N; D) o" Sto customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters; # V7 }! W# d p! {
- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
$ U2 J+ q( Q. l, G& q- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
' ~; x/ F' k4 B! w0 U( V- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications. , P6 b$ ^7 ? b9 s, ^; W

) t6 W/ _5 ^$ r4 c; x: v7 @' y2 e- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable; ; W% Y, t4 l5 x4 t( f# w
- Fluent and pure Cantonese;
. E* S7 S0 ?" J) l& p: b9 a- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; 4 l$ E& u! v S
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable; ' E+ s Z' h" _' C8 k- k a$ q0 Y4 l
- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; # Z% o/ ^4 V) a, A$ z! L
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
