- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response; T9 L# h* @3 a/ p) u- e# t& c g
to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;
1 K! K q9 D0 W1 ~) J- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
+ z, p5 i. q* S; ?- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
: |7 r- a7 v* E# B7 I% L- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable; : l7 a1 W: r0 X7 p
- Fluent and pure Cantonese; + w7 W: P4 v( X* j; o7 E. H7 i( ]
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities;

- PC literacy and exposure to email handling;
