Job Duties:
- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;
7 t- u' L. g- K( F. Nto customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;
( x. _1 g, j" b, b' _  u2 m- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
! O5 n# {  e) v& L! {) L" K- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;
( m3 l+ H9 b' p- K+ `- Fluent and pure Cantonese;
4 f  L- u9 n; N$ d" ~8 f0 K- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities;
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
- PC literacy and exposure to email handling;
% D& v' j& H$ _/ W" a' ~- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
- Attention to details;
& v5 h" T- V- h- 2011 intern is welcomed.

- Rotating day shift (9:00-18:00),from Monday to Saturday;
- 8 hours per shift,average 40 hours per week.
