Job Duties:

- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards; ! B6 f( Y/ S8 G0 Y4 W5 `6 ?
- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities; 7 d- a Z0 b& |
- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications. # W# U0 ~( D, _6 i l% d

Requirements:
2 k8 C7 {9 ^: ]) u- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable; 3 k) Z4 U. H; ?
- Fluent and pure Cantonese; - H5 }1 ]- \6 v+ q e6 @
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; 5 ?0 _) m/ A9 f) R; ]. u2 D
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
$ y# k" w& P6 M( F, V- PC literacy and exposure to email handling;
