Job Description

7 X5 F1 `( j! h, uAnswering all telephone calls to Air France and KLM Service Standards.
Using the Air France-KLM computerized reservation system to make telephone sales for individual clients.
! o  t6 F. o' c6 e+ E0 fPromoting Air France-KLM products in order to generate revenue.
) {( o1 }: r  h0 }Assisting customers with after-sales service e.g. change of reservation.
Proposing additional services and information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.

Qualification

+ \% P' v$ P3 I: V* U" yUniversity Degree.
) X: |% @/ @" r) u+ M- |; MLanguage required: fluent in Mandarin & English are mandatory. French or Cantonese is a plus.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Patient, hard-working, able to work under pressure.
; y) I; @& `) k2 U: O; uBe computer literate.
, @, I% e/ G: v- [; MExperience in servicing / travel industry is preferable.
3 u* V% @' V/ a# I. `! ^' oWorking experience with foreign airlines is preferable.
+ Y3 |- v  c+ L2 N3 D8 o& gExperience in Tele-service is preferable.

以上职位语言基本要求：
9 G$ |5 L# T' ?+ F0 n1 w1、应届毕业生！
2、英语的听、读、写、说能力强，6级英语或以上水平；
3、国语标准流利，听得懂粤语。
