Answering all telephone calls to Air France and KLM Service Standards.
& f# y" |5 d0 b: s8 z- |& a5 lUsing the Air France-KLM computerized reservation system to make telephone sales for individual clients.
0 [' l% ~9 G4 e' b7 R# PPromoting Air France-KLM products in order to generate revenue.
4 H7 h" L" I6 E" O7 j! K% V8 _Assisting customers with after-sales service e.g. change of reservation.
* [' g/ x7 h* w  [6 ?6 }Proposing additional services and information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.

6 ~: G) T" w4 O3 N  EQualification

( q1 {+ n* {8 CUniversity Degree.
$ X9 j' u. I$ V( MLanguage required: fluent in Mandarin & English are mandatory. French or Cantonese is a plus.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
$ Y& p7 V  F3 a& H# a. W2 zPatient, hard-working, able to work under pressure.
Be computer literate.
Experience in servicing / travel industry is preferable.
Working experience with foreign airlines is preferable.
Experience in Tele-service is preferable.

* {8 J+ O% u7 o& n以上职位语言基本要求：
1、应届毕业生！
2、英语的听、读、写、说能力强，6级英语或以上水平；
7 M4 S/ F5 i5 H# s) L  \- h5 F3、国语标准流利，听得懂粤语。
