Job Description

Answering all telephone calls to Air France and KLM Service Standards.
Using the Air France-KLM computerized reservation system to make telephone sales for individual clients.
Promoting Air France-KLM products in order to generate revenue.
Assisting customers with after-sales service e.g. change of reservation.
0 J4 O3 T" P- Z6 x6 E4 Z6 n8 W0 TProposing additional services and information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.

University Degree.
Language required: fluent in Mandarin & English are mandatory. French or Cantonese is a plus.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
, ]' K: ~; r( w2 BPatient, hard-working, able to work under pressure.
. ?$ Q1 j4 |! {& N$ u: A; ]Be computer literate.
+ M6 m4 ?( ^  L" {Experience in servicing / travel industry is preferable.
  G+ V7 }8 |3 PWorking experience with foreign airlines is preferable.
9 ]: ?1 n1 ?2 H0 i- v) I5 mExperience in Tele-service is preferable.

以上职位语言基本要求：
* ?) J; x( K, Y( @' ]' w; F$ _1、应届毕业生！
6 o. W. }; \, Q  E2、英语的听、读、写、说能力强，6级英语或以上水平；
3、国语标准流利，听得懂粤语。
