Description:

——Assist procurement manager in production material negotiation and contract.
——Assist in non production purchasing supplier selection and negotiation on needed basis.
——Place POs to suppliers and resolve routine issues such as delayed payment, short shipment etc.
——Uncover cost saving and localization opportunities by working with suppliers and other functions in Honeywell.
——Ensure processes and policies being followed within the organization.
) I# w& l9 P( g$ o  S) B——Assist in monitoring supplier performance and collect data for purchasing metrics for the plant.
——Assist in implementation of new purchasing initiatives at the plant to improve efficiency, such as Outline Agreement, Catalog, Autofax etc


Qualifications:
; t" `" o3 \5 P% K7 E* D
# D8 g* f+ r/ T% [+ q5 H/ v* Y; G——BS degree. Ability to communicate in English
! G6 y3 W" g" c7 i( Y——Good MS Office skill as well as ERP experience
; h) O5 G! c& r9 u7 k- t% q! o: b——Strong communicational skill and is able to be an effective team-player.
, \0 e* g& Z1 L9 V) H0 e' [——Good analytical capability, combined with a proven knowledge of chemical industry
% n  `  J% K3 [1 O  P" X——Good negotiation skills
——International logistics and trading experience
