——Assist procurement manager in production material negotiation and contract.
——Assist in non production purchasing supplier selection and negotiation on needed basis.
; f0 H+ C7 B; n3 O1 x——Place POs to suppliers and resolve routine issues such as delayed payment, short shipment etc.
——Uncover cost saving and localization opportunities by working with suppliers and other functions in Honeywell.
( I, m$ m2 \( Z7 F0 O——Ensure processes and policies being followed within the organization.
——Assist in monitoring supplier performance and collect data for purchasing metrics for the plant.
! C8 K% S2 e" U( H& T. q7 a) a——Assist in implementation of new purchasing initiatives at the plant to improve efficiency, such as Outline Agreement, Catalog, Autofax etc

Qualifications:
& l8 ]/ s: @: u5 X8 A
" s8 B( x% t/ I, p! _1 i# P——BS degree. Ability to communicate in English
7 }  R* ?0 I* D( ]! w——Good MS Office skill as well as ERP experience
4 t1 m) o" y2 B$ ?——Strong communicational skill and is able to be an effective team-player.
——Good analytical capability, combined with a proven knowledge of chemical industry
——Good negotiation skills
——International logistics and trading experience
