•        Produce detailed specifications of new / revised system component

•        Graduate in Computer Science, IT engineering, Mathematics / Computation or related discipline
•        Good command of written and oral English, with a minimum of CET-4 or equivalent English level
•        Good interpersonal skills (teamwork skills)

•        Preferably having project experience in developing and / or supporting computer applications, OOAD, UML, Java, C++, J2SE/J2EE technology, database programming/administration (Sybase or Oracle), HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux, AS400 (RPG) and/or Mainframe
