, b7 @" d7 R8 k1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
/ V- A8 v. ~+ s2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
* ~. R( z. c5 ~0 m, ]3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
# }$ Z* \7 T4 b; h, ?4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
J) M6 l' q3 V0 ]5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;. | g& ~( O3 t% j x
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
! i" L+ i1 R% E9 L/ V4 a; w7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
/ o7 I4 ~% U" J# K8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database0 T$ g$ }- C; ~9 I* X0 [
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency2 M6 m! }/ {2 s2 r

Requirement:

3. Good at communication and excellent interpersonal skills

5. Good written English and workable oral English

工作职责:

1. 协助顾问对相关行业,市场及潜在客户公司的情况的进行分析调查;
6 [/ Z) V4 O3 C5 r/ H& g1 J2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;0 R. h$ M9 [1 j0 N6 n
3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;
0 @" b- m1 }# a" C) P4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
1 T. A0 Z1 \! \2 W1 o: k5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; 2 e7 S: D8 G! O2 c! k. \
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
3 _, k" f( Y3 Y% b! t5 S( S7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;
$ r, ^3 j6 T, c4 C8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。( }6 m- y2 v% N& x9 y: m/ z3 p
9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等

任职要求:

1. 本科四年级或研究生三年级的在校大学生;1 E7 J7 f+ l5 j1 Y
2. 热情亲切并乐观开朗的;. [" t" i. O5 b& S/ ~
3. 良好地沟通能力和杰出的人际交往能力;' D# Y. }: n! n2 ?! @$ R
4. 乐于学习,能够适应快节奏的工作环境;
