1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
& \1 p) ^6 B4 O5 N" W6 O& F* X2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites; v# @ z Y/ ]4 n" j; x ?2 E; s# a
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
. T4 P7 [4 S+ g4 c! i6 q4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
6 S3 X8 r% d4 Z) b, ]5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
+ m* t( g" O% g6 i6 F7 J6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
3 {- w+ S! D* H: c+ h0 s, K5 F7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;6 r7 w8 L9 h; v) I/ \4 p6 L
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database! I! a" H: Z) f8 x# V
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

Requirement:

1. 4th year undergraduates or 3rd year postgraduates of University8 F5 b: u+ M/ N
2. Approachable, open-minded/ e* U: z1 H1 }0 T- @2 E' q
3. Good at communication and excellent interpersonal skills

5. Good written English and workable oral English

3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;; o9 `: H3 E1 X* Y* Y ]. }! k0 \
4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;! k+ H9 j, S1 M6 m. B
5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; " z7 y! q) X( D9 B5 X
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
" w" \1 ~" [1 h, u7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;: G# }3 h2 ~9 E5 g$ v ^
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
- ~# n/ t/ U) r) U& u9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等

任职要求:

% `1 y! j/ a! p1. 本科四年级或研究生三年级的在校大学生;

3. 良好地沟通能力和杰出的人际交往能力;2 A, V; L! x0 {; k
4. 乐于学习,能够适应快节奏的工作环境;- L/ W. ^' u% l0 O5 y
5. 良好地英文书写和口语能力; + e, ^5 P; u" P5 g
6. 有韧性的、头脑灵活、能够团队协作;# e2 @; J( h: x& ~4 [. w3 s- D
7. 能保证每周至少四天的工作时间,可以在2013年1月份开始工作;
