1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors R' d2 E: l7 M/ S! Q2 E+ ~
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
* ^2 L" P# ?/ L! f3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
9 ~. q' \$ u9 |- I, e. Z" r0 m$ i4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
& B3 O* n, y4 C% I: c6 k- I3 [5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;4 B% Q, X# m( l4 X2 L: z: c
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;# W9 u2 p/ P8 Q. ]
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
. T: i0 Z. x2 J& i! m- L8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
4 ^ Y. D! j0 V1 k9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency) x! p2 s6 V2 T: T

; g% ?& A4 ?8 t; f$ o1. 4th year undergraduates or 3rd year postgraduates of University

5. Good written English and workable oral English

2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;7 o& V# b& [9 t1 Q
3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;
% e8 |# k+ f" m* M4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
u. D2 S9 n& n% F5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
- ` D; j3 C) K6 ?! q6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
( ^8 E5 Z- p. u0 }7 f4 o" I- z7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;: h/ `! y: n7 g3 I ]5 {6 Z
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
+ p6 H4 M+ N; B1 I9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等, N) b5 y% d r7 [( I2 s+ H2 A) n

3. 良好地沟通能力和杰出的人际交往能力;

5. 良好地英文书写和口语能力;
