# ^ E ]. I) A1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
Z* L1 p I D8 ~/ ~+ V: n: l2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
/ `( J) e' O: |% t1 N$ L3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
4 [' Z7 W- d+ q3 h# \, ?0 c0 M1 y4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team " K( b* y7 k& H3 ?: F' x' I
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;4 d" j6 L3 y+ J7 I# ~4 z T
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;4 i$ N# R9 E5 V% y- p* W
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates; `- x5 R9 _) ]& g
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database

1. 协助顾问对相关行业,市场及潜在客户公司的情况的进行分析调查; \' h3 Z4 }% t& S% ~) |, k
2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;: b" X% C4 M3 X8 J( z, ]0 {
3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;
% |% E) m( d' D s4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
, O% G# f$ s" U5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; & k5 F9 A9 @5 t( J$ L: J
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
. W2 m0 S) [0 P) A$ `8 W# z7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;, @, J7 H/ q6 K+ b" B- P# R1 F
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。4 H. |8 \+ C* z1 ~5 i
9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等/ m/ x7 d) T- V t T+ j# r6 ~

1. 本科四年级或研究生三年级的在校大学生;( e$ c' x) e* v- b; A$ w
2. 热情亲切并乐观开朗的;
