1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors. q2 W1 P P. w; U6 {/ P
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites T& I/ } o) O/ }7 P9 O+ F( d
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors, Q4 w) a5 m! l# b0 Y+ x1 X
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
3 K1 k: h* a2 j, o$ a% ?6 g5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;! ~+ f# _, w& J s$ M
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
2 w, @: a5 @, @1 o7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
7 l% e8 p7 K4 Z8 P8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database Q; m' O0 `. a/ n+ y% Q4 c y
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;
: ]7 w! |1 ]6 S0 }: Y' ^+ z3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;, F) M5 g0 h0 A9 l5 @
4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
- t' z' H# F q, x; p: g) G5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; 4 H! U. R$ i# @
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
$ w' f* _3 b0 M8 K* O5 N7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息; |6 |0 x: L0 m. N& y7 L/ }
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
