) b( j1 \, C8 P& d/ W+ O! n1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
* u" W$ v9 a( Y0 c2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites. q- ~+ Y/ d4 d$ Q! D: c# e# c
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors- W" v4 ^8 R K. r6 k# m
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team ) w9 N" ^7 ~# i: h9 m
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;( f" Y; e7 a1 O/ _9 i( |
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;8 k1 u; t8 l" z5 Z+ e
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
4 e8 o/ F' E8 J) Q8 F8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
# W: Q% _- {# E% @1 Y1 w9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency2 b5 q; j! H! I. O

2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;* n$ K2 T! e* m, k6 K q D* A
3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;8 o$ D- G: M3 f$ H5 M
4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;" D1 j& r# F. v x
5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
' |: Q" D! Q3 T6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
4 u) G9 l8 l' k/ w7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;* u- o2 v- C5 w3 i9 W! }: _
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
$ H4 c2 {' M8 g& g4 S9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等

1. 本科四年级或研究生三年级的在校大学生;
4 W! s, d `7 w4 u2 w2. 热情亲切并乐观开朗的;
0 s( ? Y- Y) n3. 良好地沟通能力和杰出的人际交往能力;- l/ |4 j2 S, x$ ~9 W9 w
4. 乐于学习,能够适应快节奏的工作环境;: P( ^6 }3 w G- h5 b
5. 良好地英文书写和口语能力;
6 Z! Z. v+ P0 ?& J6 k4 m6. 有韧性的、头脑灵活、能够团队协作;. b6 D# I6 h1 r! ^* o! \/ \( W
7. 能保证每周至少四天的工作时间,可以在2013年1月份开始工作;
