Responsibilities:9 c) t% J$ \. E3 @; r3 G- B* Q) n# z) k
+ T2 X7 i/ ?2 J. L1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
& `, k) m) e0 w2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites! l9 A) n! @0 x8 s
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors3 ]& N9 b% b' T3 v( a* F
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team % j$ ^) ^4 D4 R# m
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;0 p& [- `* l" Y' h$ y2 O l% r" U3 S
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
3 O/ T& l- D; ~- o3 }0 I) N7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;) e K; i* E3 C% V; C
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database1 E: p% T5 ~* ?' j; n2 J9 O+ h
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

" v3 o j: i F' o6 X" v% A2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;
0 d% ?% Q9 g& }4 |3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;( U0 L. S/ Y2 o. J; t
4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;5 x, e2 w. Y( g- B
5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
. I# L9 n5 i% N6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
6 g6 s$ [* D' T6 @8 R7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;
: T- z) t5 e7 Y8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。1 l5 I4 y! E/ } {& R
9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等5 L$ m- G& V F; H( j1 e* N

1. 本科四年级或研究生三年级的在校大学生;6 c6 Y* ~; Q& i. [) A
2. 热情亲切并乐观开朗的;: a7 O* s g4 [' u( B9 P- N
3. 良好地沟通能力和杰出的人际交往能力;
/ Z$ Y/ J" `: X. }8 O4. 乐于学习,能够适应快节奏的工作环境;
+ }* e2 d* [4 ?2 _! I5 _, F5. 良好地英文书写和口语能力; 7 A3 q$ X9 r0 i; ]" r! ?
6. 有韧性的、头脑灵活、能够团队协作;8 a& {" \. L3 v# }* t4 h; I, ^
7. 能保证每周至少四天的工作时间,可以在2013年1月份开始工作;
