Tutors wanted for an English Summer Camp in Guangzhou

What You Need To do: Lead English Camp in China+ x: J* B& L. h+ v* s
What You Get: Stipend, room and board, transportation.

& s6 q4 Q( r& q" bWe are organizing an innovative activity for kids in China: a large-scale
* [. Z5 r& R( j% t7 _, D4 fsummer camp for learning English using phonics. Here is summary of what is 1 ~$ T: Y3 K6 B7 W/ a# L! p/ C5 I" w
going to happen at the Camp:, O B- f5 i; r* e# K
$ g$ u! d' x) ^) `- ]
1. The Camp will host up to 1000 students ranging from age 8 to age 16, , G9 g8 w7 }8 h
mostly from Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, but some from other areas in
& V+ ?- r! s) Q% g L# k0 yChina. Campers will live in the Camp for 21 days. The camp is planned to be ! A. Q! O6 S4 P
from July 17, 2005 through August 6, 2005.
% c& i7 ~# U( ?# e3 z! [9 b4 C8 |: l! \6 H# ]. r: u: M: R
2. We invite you from English speaking nations to act as team leaders and ) s, N1 m* X" x1 p# L
tutors for these kids.# @3 g. S" }- n; r6 d. _
P3 }' X9 N/ {" D! F" N3. Tutors will organize and direct kids to learn English language by : E/ | }- @+ h8 K$ b" N
practicing phonics etc. Tutors will help organize all possible activities
% i* l! ?; ?2 _) T7 G( flike story telling, poetry, discussions of their colleges, and outdoor

+ u, k7 C& n% c- m% ?The location of the Camp will be a nice hot spring resort in Qingyuan, north 9 b. D; Q3 i) @
of Guangzhou. The International Culture Exchange Center of the Guangzhou 6 {6 @5 Y, s+ U% t; `
Municipal Government will oversee and advise the camp activities. All 5 U- f- ~' ? y K* o8 D
necessary procedures and measures will be taken to protect the safety of the 8 o& `7 w; g/ h2 ^7 _
camp and the health of the participants.

We are now inviting native English speakers such as students from colleges

low-budget event, but we will cover expenses of room and board, plus some
7 L5 E8 N9 o/ c/ \nominal compensation(includ round-trip transportation, local
