Wanted: College sophomores, seniors, graduate students, teachers, and

We are organizing an innovative activity for kids in China: a large-scale ) N9 O) ]2 Y$ M. Q' T4 ]# B1 q
summer camp for learning English using phonics. Here is summary of what is ( B6 z6 Q: Y; J! p. ?
going to happen at the Camp:
, ] i1 D% P3 @3 k8 R5 I/ v# I& r5 K8 b: r
1. The Camp will host up to 1000 students ranging from age 8 to age 16, . x) n: y8 Z3 q s2 F+ h* z
mostly from Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, but some from other areas in
0 q8 E% [! K) B# Q/ V) z, ~China. Campers will live in the Camp for 21 days. The camp is planned to be
' F# g( D% [5 {5 K {; I0 p. Afrom July 17, 2005 through August 6, 2005.5 d( C0 p0 O; g( y7 g. X1 Q) p

2. We invite you from English speaking nations to act as team leaders and
% X- q7 B' f" P @, Y* S+ dtutors for these kids.% _; m1 {# X* {

3. Tutors will organize and direct kids to learn English language by
3 q3 u( E" T, T5 qpracticing phonics etc. Tutors will help organize all possible activities - z8 s$ Z/ I8 j5 f7 c u n
like story telling, poetry, discussions of their colleges, and outdoor + s" }8 |0 Z$ B; K. u4 {

9 n9 m; w9 }3 ~! c# ]; [% LThe location of the Camp will be a nice hot spring resort in Qingyuan, north 2 D4 i( I. T0 }
of Guangzhou. The International Culture Exchange Center of the Guangzhou ; m' v7 Z8 E9 c' x% K
Municipal Government will oversee and advise the camp activities. All

6 \. F \# q2 n: ?preferably at 3rd and 4th year and graduate level, and teachers or retired
