We are looking for outstanding graduates who are interested in joining any
one of our core operating divisions under our Group Management Trainee Sche

. ]# j+ p) f* W; BTraining & Objectives   :       A 3-year training programme during which trainees w
ill be attached to a group company in Hong Kong or in PRC to learn the esse
& Z+ c; ]( j8 \. xntial management skills and be given the widest business exposure in a spec
! R! P; \( j3 k) Aific industry.   Job rotation is supplemented by classroom training and reg
ular assessment of performance, ability, initiative and leadership.  Upon c
3 t* n1 D0 B& G5 x6 P: P  sompletion of the programme, our trainees will emerge as all-round business
3 j/ s( W  G) p5 |2 texecutives who will be groomed to assume key roles in contributing to the s
uccess of the group in PRC.

Requirements    :       Strong academic background in any discipline, good leadershi
p qualities and communication skills, excellent command of both English (CE
T-6 or equivalent) and Chinese, self-confident, mature, business acumen, go

rd-looking, innovative, initiative, ability to think laterally, desire for
