* Good English communication and collaborativeteamwork skills
* Computational fluid dynamic experience (i.e.,Icepak, Flotherm, etc).
* Finite element experience forstress/strain/deflection estimates and
( @) \: N: Z9 ~% Tdynamic response estimates.
* Experience with Geometric Dimensioning andTolerancing techniques
* Experience with Pro-Engineer "Top DownDesign" techniques
* Designing for six-sigma.
