* Good English communication and collaborativeteamwork skills

' |  K  H/ b  l: C; T* Finite element experience forstress/strain/deflection estimates and
: d: Q( B; D7 m1 \) C% s: T: Fdynamic response estimates.
) E& e5 ~, d5 m* Experience with Geometric Dimensioning andTolerancing techniques
6 y; s7 s( n* K8 r* Experience with Pro-Engineer "Top DownDesign" techniques
" y% Y6 a3 [  g* Designing for six-sigma.
