Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is an entry-level development program for energetic and talented individuals who demonstrate strong technical/analytical skills, business acumen with a strong desire for a leadership career within IT. 6 K- Q: z/ e1 o4 B* r" |8 _$ O( R Assignments will typically be within one GE business or cross GE business and will focus on vital business processes such as: e-Business, new product introduction, sales force effectiveness and the delivery of world-class innovative IT solutions. All assignments will expose program participants to using Six Sigma methodologies for solving complex business problems. The Program typically, four six-month work rotations, consists of a series of work assignments combined with classroom training and distance learning. It includes a series of comprehensive courses which provide opportunity to share knowledge and skills, explore different GE businesses and network with high caliber peers who will become a valuable resource to you throughout your career. You\'ll receive on-the-job training and/or formal coursework in advanced information technology and systems, e-Business, project management, finance fundamentals, presentation skills, business dynamics and problem solving. , i% n- o2 I Y.
