刚刚收到HR出的email。。。。

带薪假期阿~~


Dear Colleagues,
We would like to advise you that a confirmed Flu A case (甲流呈弱阳性) was reported in SJG 10 F.
The infected colleague felt unwell on 3rd Dec (last Thursday ) and confirmed H1N1 Flu A case by doctor on 4th Dec ( Last Friday ).  This colleague is now in a good condition; but is required to stay at home for self-quarantine as advised by the hospital.
While we have checked and confirmed that no flu symptom is found from any other colleagues, for safety sake, following immediate actions have been taken or will be implemented very soon in our SJG 10 & 11 F and Diwang office:
·         Office precautionary measures
·         Office cleaning
o        Clean lady will use sanitizers, Clorox wipes to clean desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse, telephone and open areas (including to pantry, wash room) twice a day
o        Diluted bleach is used to clean the knobs of main entrance door, refrigerator , microwave and PC equipment of conference room(such as keyboard and IP phone) one time/two hours
·         Travel Tips
o        Business travel is not recommended unless essential
o        Minimize face to face meeting and travel between each phase, recommend to use e-mail, IM, telephone to communicate
·         Visitor arrangement
o        Avoid external visitor, if there is a must, receptionist will provide them with a facemask and recommend them to wear
o        Company will arrange 免洗酒精 on receptionist area for visitor usage
·         Keep Yourself Healthy
·         Keep hands clean and wash hands properly. Alcohol-based handrub is also effective when hands are not visibly soiled
.         Avoid touching mouth, nose or eyes
·         Wash hands with liquid soap promptly if they are dirtied by respiratory secretions, e.g. after sneezing or coughing
·         Cover nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing
·         Do not spit. Always wrap nasal and mouth discharges with tissue paper, and dispose of the tissue paper properly in a rubbish bin with a lid.
·         Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage stress, drink plenty of water and eat nutritious foods
·     If colleagues have any flu symptoms, please consult the doctor immediately and shall apply sick leave (substantiated with doctor's certificate) to stay at home to avoid possible spread of virus in the office.

All,

Please take your time to read though below email carefully. Please contact your department manager for more details if you have any questions.





As the GRC is expending quickly, the management decides to introduce a Performance Review scheme and tie it up to the pay rise closely to promote the good performance, i.e. staff with different level of performances will be provided with different levels of pay rise. Details please see below.



Objective:

Tying up staff’s income closely to the performance to create fair competition atmosphere and sense of no dedication no gain within GRC.



Time to do:

The performance review will be held in April 2010.



Review Period:

The review will be based on staff’s performance recorded available since his/her last pay rise until April 2010.



Qualification:

The qualification will be staff commencing in 2008 and before

Note: staff commencing in 2009 will have a separate review in 2010 when you complete your first year service.



Review Criteria:

1.     Accuracy

2.     Productivity

3.     Attendance

4.     Attitude (compliance to manager/supervisor’s direct instructions) and any other factors that count



Review Levels tied to corresponding pay rise levels:

Ø  Level 1 – Pass the Performance Review / contract will be renewed when expires / a considerable pay rise

Ø  Level 2 – Pass the Performance Review / contract will be renewed when expires / a moderate pay rise

Ø  Level 3 – Pass the Performance Review / contract will be renewed when expires / a basic pay rise

Ø  Level 4 – Fail the Performance Review / contract renew will be pending of the immediate improvement within the following three months / no pay rise

Ø  Level 5 – Fail the Performance Review / contract will be terminated immediately
