2 ~1 F4 Q; P. |, I1 D' e  _Citi recruits outstanding postgraduates from top tier universities domestic and overseas every year for Citi China Management Associate Program. As an important strategy of Citi talent development, the program aims to select talents with leadership potential, develop them through trainings and rotations to meet Citi’s rapid business growth in China.

% X/ i; L! P" k; @, @/ r3 HThe Citi Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to also be considered in the selection process for the Citi China Management Associate Program. The Summer Internship Program starts from June through September in 2010, students at pen-ultimate year for Master Study from target universities will go through same strict selection process as Management Associate applicants, once selected successfully, meaningful tasks in Corporate Bank, Consumer bank, Local Commercial Bank, Global Subsidiaries Group, Risk, Compliance and HR will be assigned for Summer Intern to work on full time basis.

At the end of Internship, presentation is compulsory to describe your learning and experience in Citi China. The top performer from the program will be selected and invited to participate in final interview process for 2011 Management Associate Program.

3 \, z1 B, o. \7 c3 T  N7 J5 Z1. Due to graduate and successfully pass a Masters Degree in year 2011
1 V5 h1 R7 c1 A" d  k2. Less than 2 years full time working experience
3. Strong academic performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies; winner of scholarships and prizes for various kinds of competitions preferred
4. Leadership experience in student associations, social organizations or important social events
5. Proficient in both Mandarin and English

Work Locations: Beijing, Tianjin, Dalian, Shanghai, Hangzhou, GuangzhouShenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing
