Job Duties:

: m& B" N+ `& F' a& P+ A- i- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
& j- }9 x( e1 x8 @5 D  B- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities; 7 f3 g) S3 U, K3 t. ~' C# [7 C
- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications. 8 q% N: G# M% x3 \& `! d9 f
! B$ b- ]  L3 u8 ]
Requirements:
0 \" ?$ U8 Q# g; C6 L, t5 K- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;   B! x3 d2 U- g
- Fluent and pure Cantonese; # Z, B/ i7 `6 N0 F# q7 z$ i0 X
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; " s. R. Q) P- K
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable; 4 r- S& w. \5 R2 l8 ^. Z/ {0 P# Q6 a
- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; - o" T" e% c' X# L' h- C1 S
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
$ m# S* H7 [) C2 z- Attention to details;

- Rotating day shift (9:00-18:00),from Monday to Saturday;
