There is fair lady from lady, young lady from lady, also, old lady from lady. Being lady is being beauty.
Austen said,"It sometimes happens, that a woman is handsomer at twenty-nine than she was ten years before;and generally speaking, if there has been neither ill health nor anxiety, it is a time of life at which scarcely any charm is lost ". Austen is a fair lady, with her wisdom and elegance. Hillary is a fair lady, with her power and sense. A lady, being nice is not just being good-looking, but being readable. There can be "Ugly Betty" but never foolish fool. A lady, being wise is never being outstanding everwhere, instead, a lady with soft character and sweet careness attractes more attention. It is ture that even an independent lady lives for approval, approval of man, approval of family and approval of soceity.
I call my ladies lady because they are so nice, so humanistic and considerate. Lady belongs to those ladies who hold gentle character and hearty sweetness. So, my fair lady, when we are never young girls, we are fair ladies!
