招聘职位

1、IT Engineer

工作职责：
! B1 M! K; @0 x" n. R# h1、Responsibility for providing 1st and 2nd line support for both onsite and remote users, together with network and server administration, back-ups and machine builds in a Windows AD Structure.
2、Adhere to BU and Group-Wide IT GPD’s, Standards and Protocols and defined SLA’s.
* j: a# E) X2 \3、Define and adopt appropriate standard procedures and tools for recording, progressing and resolving all requests for application support (e.g. Use of the Intranet for logging user requests)
4、Record and manage Local Service Requests through to resolution, closure and verification and offer BU-Wide support on occasion as necessary.
& j% J" M, O- l" Y7 L: A9 c5、Liaison with external partners to ensure smooth running/implementation of software / hardware / networks.
  y2 d/ ]. B" L) D4 Y6、Provide employee training and/or assistance in the use of desktop application software (e.g. MS Office).
7、Develop the appropriate skills for writing and supporting all IT operational documentation and communication

11、Ensure that documentation of all systems are clear and up to date.

13、Formulate and apply a preventative maintenance plan to minimise system down 14、time and ensure that users are advised in advance on any non-availability.

16、Whilst focus will primarily geared towards local support, the Job holder must be prepared to travel as necessary to China in order to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and provide support and training as necessary

20、Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming Hardware, Software, Network and Application developments.
要求：
English Language is essential. Mandarin and German are beneficial.
MCSE qualified or equivalent experience.
MS Exchange administration
3-5 years experience in a Technical Support role.
Strong Customers services support experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible, resilient and pragmatic

Experience of development and testing of Disaster Recovery policies.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) topologies.

2、初级设计工程师

土木工程/建筑/工民建或相关专业本科以上，
