Position：Senior Refrigeration/Cooling Engineer

Requirements/Qualifications:
) ]* p* y3 g* E% @  PBachelor’s degree in HVAC or Refrigeration Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
: E# E5 }5 a) {/ n! ~  M- Q0 I1 {Minimum 4 years experience in product development of refrigeration systems.
0 I1 V) n! ^5 O3 O  v# U1 }Experience with icebox, cold storage system, showcase with refrigerated system, cold water/CO2 water system, semiconductor refrigeration technology, ice maker system.
Skilled in power consumption analysis, ventilation analysis / calculation / simulation, new green refrigerant technology such as R744 will be preferred.
4 e" J+ j3 w( N1 Z5 EFailure avoidance methods, including DFMEA.
Statistics, including reliability engineering, DOE, comparison testing, Cp, Cpk.
Structured problem solving methods, including 8D, is/is-not, fault-tree and “fish-bone” analysis.

English language skills a plus.

Requirements/Qualifications:

lBachelor's degree in commercial or technical discipline or equivalent;

lExperience from manufacturing and/or R&D environment;

lMinimum 5 years working experience in purchasing or sourcing;

l3 years working for western company;

lFamiliar with commodities electromechanically hydraulic components and electrical parts such as mechanical or solenoid valves, connectors or pumps PCBA and cables etc;

lFamiliar with Supplier Base in Guangdong province;

lHands-on approach to working;

lTeam work oriented. Good interpersonal skill;

lGood time management skill and result oriented;

lGood command of English language a must.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience in product development of mechanical systems.
• Injection molding and plastic part design
• Die cast aluminum part design,.
• Metal stamping, punching and sheet metal part design
• 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• English language skills a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualification Requirements

9 T! T+ ?* J0 b  H* [3 hMinimum 3 years full-time design experience of embedded or (industrial) computer product.
; U$ B  x* h3 t+ A$ F4 L$ DGood at 32-bit embedded system and peripheral circuit design.
' S: y" k* [6 e, x) O( M6 |" uFamiliar with (PADS or Orcad) EDA design tools.
Good knowledge of EMC/ESD design requirement, and CE/VDE/UL related experience is an asset.

Good capability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

Good English written and oral communication skill.

Willing to grow in technical career, active, responsible, and good team-work spirit.
