The main purpose of this position is to provide the fresh graduates with the bachelor of engineering to grow up to a fully competent Project Engineer with 2 years trainee period. Those candidates with high leadership potential can gradually grow up into managerial positions.
) t w, W2 {9 t0 oWhile the purpose of the Project Engineer is to provide engineering project leadership for New Product Development (NPD) and the maintenance of existing products in the category. It will lead new product design and execution by working together with engineering department of global divisions, suppliers, and external resources while maintaining schedules, ensures that products meet the design goals to meet the perceived need of the consumer, resolve supplier technical issues and assist to improve supplier manufacturing process.
