The Management Trainee Program (MTP)

; e( c5 Z' r2 Y8 V' A; e8 d# r; MAlong with the rapid growth of HSBC抯 Global Resourcing, there is a need to develop and strengthen a local management team with appropriate experience and expertise to support its increasingly complex functions. In order to realize the localization of managerial positions and support the expansion of HDPG, it was proposed to groom a group of home-grow leaders through a structured development program. This program targets at the fresh graduates with outstanding academic extra-curriculum results from reputable universities in China and abroad.

Selection Criteria
