- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;

- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards; 8 K. i6 u7 Q5 {8 z
- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
% d+ Q: n! L, _- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;

6 G3 v; N) g+ z, P, W& d- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities;
. c8 N0 w, p. X- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;

- Rotating day shift (9:00-18:00),from Monday to Saturday;
