- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;
, H7 h, h q2 z) U+ eto customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;

' P- C9 u/ x: p- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
' h1 y" m$ z0 s# b- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; ! i9 h6 q1 \( \3 [. x
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
