1. Collect and analyze market data on customer demographics, preferences and buying habits to identify potential markets;
4 }3 R+ u0 t1 }: C& ~# f! Q3 M+ x- i2. Acquire market information from related industrial stakeholders via direct client liaison;
: S- T% C) w" }( C6 n8 |3. Summarize market trend and factors affecting product and services demand, provide information to help department determine the position of marketplace;
4. Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution;
! T- L6 ?5 o$ z" \0 D4 p5. Communicate and assess qualification of potential customers align with company marketing plan and strategy;
6. Advise and present research findings to management on how to best use.


Requirements:
1. At least 2 years related working experience. With IT/ERP application background, or new customer development experience is preferred;
. c3 Q. ^  x9 K$ x5 D+ j+ X, U" \6 {2. Collegue degree in economics/trading English or Marketing major;
' u/ u. d& ?7 ?! ]1 M3 A& L/ v3. Open-minded with both international view and the sense of local market differentiations.
' g" w$ D5 f% S4. Effective communicating in both written and oral English as appropriate for the needs of the audience;
5. Communicate as an active listener, give full attention to what customer saying, understand the points being made, and raise questions as appropriate;
6. Acute observation of market and strong sense of analytical thinking;
Good teamwork skill, flexible and able to adjust actions according to team planning.
