The Restaurant Marketing Associate will be located in Guangzhou and work for Vaastu, a date with India by assisting with marketing/public relations.
RMA responsibilities include:

0 Q# }. O! O  a•        Working with the Director to create a marketing plan
' G4 ^4 F/ ?: D•        Executing the marketing plan
! x+ B; }# k& O" x$ _•        Engaging media and hotel concierges with a well-developed promotion strategy
3 ^: m) C* |% P" h$ B9 M+ u, ~•        Monitoring effectiveness
•        Building relationships within the community (Some have done this by distributing flyers at community events, distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Vaastu in community-wide events.)
•        Complete graphic design work such as business cards, menu, sign board printing and installation.
' s0 Q0 p2 L: ~•        Create and manage all restaurant catering emails and hotel invitations from conception to email launch.
5 T) p6 h( k+ m: @•        Ability to professionally interact with guests and senior executives (both internal and external). Train on key topics pertaining to marketing.
•        Oversee management and create annual strategy for Social Media (local & foreign) which includes monthly promotions to build the fan base.
; _8 P9 J  ?, y' j; e7 ^/ }9 B•        Coordinate and execute the quarterly Surprise and Delight campaign for our VaastuSelect members.

Secondary functions:
* Assist with budget management
% C- ?3 |9 f# t6 p2 b7 ]8 T5 B* Act as liaison with other departments to provide assistance with miscellaneous requests
* Collateral copy proofing and text editing
; e5 S/ B3 T) n9 ~# M" Y* General administrative support, to include set up of conference calls, ordering supplies, submission of monthly expense reports and coordinate internal & external meetings
* Coordinate events for all marketing functions. Ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
