With nearly two decades of experience in China, Carrier is an undisputed leader in the central air-conditioning markets. Carrier has cooled many prestigious landmark buildings in China, including the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, the Oriental Pearl Television Tower and Pudong Jinmao Tower in Shanghai, the Olympic Sta¬dium in Guangzhou, and Shanxi History Museum in Xi’an, in particular.

In 2004, Carrier opened a US$15 million compres¬sor center in Yileng Factory, which is Carrier’s largest joint venture in China. In April 2005, Carrier held a groundbreaking ceremony for its global research and de¬velopment (R&D) center in Shanghai’s Pudong area. Carrier has made a long-term commitment to China’s ozone protection drive. In 2003, Carrier and the State Environmental Protection Administration of China (SEPA) established an ozone protection award program to recognize those individu¬als and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to ozone layer pro¬tection in China. In March 2005, Carrier joined its parent company UTC to be the top sponsor of the First International Intelligent and Green Building Technologies and Products Conference & Expo in Beijing, in an effort to demonstrate its long-term commitment to green building product and technology.

The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate students. The total duration of the program is 24 month in sales function. When the program is finished, the sales trainee will be appointed Sales Engineer based on his or her performance and the company needs. 5 N( [9 J& {1 v9 ~5 y7 w
Regular performance evaluations with coach, mentor and trainees themselves are during the whole program, to check progress against objectives, advice and help trainees to ensure personal development. All the Sales Trainees are expected to suc¬cessfully pass annual appraisal upon program graduation.
