! _. `& s1 a1 j9 V, K* U- a& g$ mCarrefour China Internal Control Team helps stores & all other different function Dept. to: Ensure the compliance of national policies/strategies; Avoid or reduce the potential risks.

8 ^0 A0 l9 N: F: EWhat are our responsibilities?
        Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy;
        Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk;
        Report checking result to company for better implementing company policy.
  d0 S$ I& ~9 b        Help to build the communication bridge between stores, other different function & Head Office
        Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task
1 _( [8 {. }/ G, {- Z, r5 [        Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking
        Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report
        Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group
: z7 x( R# x: v& y6 l+ t        Summarize problems and share experience for each task
        Answer questions raised from store & other different function dept.

7 E2 c+ j% t3 n* N        Fluent English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading;
        Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills;
# r1 v- c( ^2 ~. i8 Y+ k, ~        Strong reporting writing and presentation skills;
& Y& F: z+ i! R$ K. G! f7 ?        Good data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software;
        High integrity;
3 m1 ?! K! C9 c% F! u        Willing to learn;
        Hard working, able to work under pressure;
( d7 d  g) c8 N4 x# r5 c        A team player;
        The position is based around china, and requires traveling often.
