. p' F& M' P( a1 f, H; P) V) m# tCarrefour China Internal Control Team helps stores & all other different function Dept. to: Ensure the compliance of national policies/strategies; Avoid or reduce the potential risks.

What are our responsibilities?
        Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy;
  H! t* ]  V/ g0 x        Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk;
+ n+ `9 g4 k  r1 B        Report checking result to company for better implementing company policy.
/ |: i6 ^) P6 v6 L: ~2 g        Help to build the communication bridge between stores, other different function & Head Office
: ~) y. _( t, N        Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task
$ A6 a$ h9 ~' S1 U        Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking
        Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report
& m5 |1 B4 i: c5 s6 K1 ^, y        Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group
        Summarize problems and share experience for each task
        Answer questions raised from store & other different function dept.
        Strictly respect Internal Control dept. policy

        Good communication;
        Fluent English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading;
        Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills;
9 j" l+ Z( J/ r& b7 }" A0 _! _- Y        Strong reporting writing and presentation skills;
        Good data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software;
5 s4 [% e/ Q7 G7 B3 I( w' I  N        High integrity;
        Willing to learn;
9 J+ `7 x8 A' i# I" q        Hard working, able to work under pressure;
. J1 A) O4 p: J3 O1 F        A team player;
        The position is based around china, and requires traveling often.
