What’s internal control?
( k' F9 A  L/ ~Carrefour China Internal Control Team helps stores & all other different function Dept. to: Ensure the compliance of national policies/strategies; Avoid or reduce the potential risks.

8 a- z6 A2 E4 j' IWhat are our responsibilities?
        Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy;
2 s2 S8 \" z/ ?, w! h  b        Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk;
" c/ [5 {/ ]! p$ A$ s$ }        Report checking result to company for better implementing company policy.
        Help to build the communication bridge between stores, other different function & Head Office
        Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task
1 z! H$ O- Z. f        Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking
7 [1 d6 j4 G+ {* w3 r9 u; p        Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report
$ `( @* D; K! G        Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group
        Summarize problems and share experience for each task
. `; S0 a1 H4 V0 r, f        Answer questions raised from store & other different function dept.
        Strictly respect Internal Control dept. policy

Requirements:
        Good communication;
        Fluent English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading;
        Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills;
# w# M, p( r+ o; g3 t        Strong reporting writing and presentation skills;
& E9 `2 A  h8 a6 j4 E) r        Good data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software;
        High integrity;
) L  a# F  y$ l: J* M' Q$ `% x        Willing to learn;
        Hard working, able to work under pressure;
        A team player;
4 g: o3 T! L4 p6 j        The position is based around china, and requires traveling often.
