0 g. T: O6 p0 B( M+ O7 _+ Y1. Work very closely with Associate to source for candidates and keep information in database for every assignment.
, u  J) X5 r* a5 j, H2. Prepare candidate profile
3. Ensure thoroughness and consistency in candidate presentation.
4. Organize assignment files
5. Organize research library and newspaper cutting
" b# b  a* ?' m# O3 {6 K6. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database.
7. Develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency.
8. Assist in coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication
