新的JD还没出, 先用隔壁team的,差距不大,大约是要4-5个人,六月份要入职,所以2012年的毕业生是不行的.

! D( a( q* r5 H•        Create new assets in SMS based on orders placed by Order Specialists and informa-tion on completed Equipment Delivery Confirmation (EDC) forms. J# Q1 p* l) m, a5 Q
•        Update individual asset records in SMS as a result of move/add/change (MAC) activ-ity# e0 D; l0 ~& T7 }! T* k3 |
•        Contact on-site where full details have not been outlined on the Equipment Delivery Confirmation or MAC forms
+ |+ \4 o9 z6 _8 [3 w+ Q, }; c' E•        Deactivate assets that are no longer in use, based on information provided by dis-posal groups
! i# B( S  c3 t$ n' c( T) z•        Produce the monthly billing reports for the customers supported, where applicable
- G1 s6 U" q; }7 B# _& I•        Monitor and action all logged calls within agreed timeframes4 B9 i. O$ n$ o+ l
•        Accurately record the effort involved for updating SMS within the call logging system0 Z: i5 O* J. x7 Q
•        Work with referral groups to resolve incomplete calls referred to the IRM AM call log-ging queue
% z% _3 Y6 z$ s, T2 O4 [•        File asset paperwork according to documented filing conventions

Scope of Accountability
3 n( T* \1 I( t0 ^# S•        Monthly Performance Metrics reflect timely asset updates in the database and issue resolution3 {6 c& `4 b" I1 q- w7 W7 f) A
•        Team procedures accurately reflect the activities of the team and are adhered to by the team
( z8 m. ^. \$ E; E: p2 K* C•        All end-user queries made to the IRM Hardware Asset Tracking team are actioned in a timely manner
/ r* m2 h- Z0 c•        Maintain stability and integrity of the baseline asset records for all trackable assets in the asset database: O4 [' K8 S9 S8 K- }
•        Provide Scheduled and Ad Hoc Reporting to the Account* s( C& O0 M$ C. H8 x+ P( m$ v
