Job Description
! G: L3 a+ F: w6 b! V6 s9 g, l  RBe Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

+ \; D4 R2 J; \5 k; C- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
% `8 S: Z' l% o  k7 C- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- I( ~8 Z$ Y+ ?+ N  s6 j- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
