+ I  \! t& |% M/ [" T" Q* V$ _Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
% U) E! d5 o' V  M- w- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
/ d$ v, \" O& b- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.

- Passionate about sports and seek a managerial role.
