Store Department Manager in Training => Future Store Manager
Job Description
Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.
6 x1 M, D4 ~: v- K; Y
- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
4 W- w4 p, E1 K! s% t% W  m- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
& o2 i' z, I% z+ e( G2 t6 {5 ^- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
, f  ?; s" ~5 Q- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
