7 s6 }' n. V/ b; m2 ~( o4 k6 qBe Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
