Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store.  Manage your department with full autonomy.

- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
3 |, X/ I0 x  o& L! f2 `) s- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
8 H. d" D6 y( [+ a: x2 u- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
% h; }0 [' v" {- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
