- Hire, train, and manage the sales assistants’ team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
% K: [. @2 h& q7 G- Pilot the activities in terms of turnover, margin, expense and profitability, launch the commercial operations.
- Control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation. Show the best layout to welcome the customers.
6 V6 [7 V7 p. A# F$ Y& Z; G+ e- Provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers.
0 m8 z! `6 ?* A# S6 d: `- ^* i- Work with the store manager, guarantee the store daily operation jobs.
