　　Zong Qinghou, chairman of Hangzhou Wahaha Group and a deputy of the National People's Congress. Zong topped the Hurun Rich List 2013 with a total wealth of 82 billion yuan ($13 billion).

　　巩汉林：城市是农民工建设的，城市服务是农民工做的，我们不应只在建设城市时才想到他们，任何时候都应关注他们。我们应该从最基本的尊重开始，在建设城市的同时提供给他们更多学习的机会。
