Responsibilities:

- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;

- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;

IT Processing Operations Executive - 资讯科技营运助理

1.Handle call/email enquires from internal customers regarding L-notes server configuration
: q# s" u% D; V2.Perform Lotus Notes related tasks while providing notes related assistance to the users in a semi-voice/non-voice based environment. 7 {. ^1 G4 g7 E7 X; |2 b$ O
3.Perform VC facilities and collaboration support to end users, eg Movi2, Sharepoint, etc
  H7 y, b, M7 \) i( b; q4.Acquire a thorough understanding of the process procedures, keep abreast with changes made and provide quality services to the users.

Requirements: - ]6 ?9 w; b; [3 m; c
1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. & P2 w# R- j- r% w2 _
2. Quick learner with an ability to share and transfer knowledge. 5 e: F: J7 ^+ y- x' o
3. Ability to build and maintain cordial relationship with users, peers and people at all levels utilizing diplomacy, judgment and interpersonal skills.
) R/ B7 a, `( a" e4. one-year working experience on Lotus Domino would be preferable. 3 f' P+ t' S# R  A( a/ D8 _7 P
5. Knowledge on Sametime, Lotus Connections, Computer Networking and Audio-Visual Technologies, Telepresence, Sharepoint, Wiki Blogs and Tandberg VC would be preferable.
2 S- b8 |8 h9 `. ?* c3 w( v# O6. Any Bachelors degree

0 ?8 t" D1 l6 i; F7. Good command in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
( @( T7 d( I7 Q* u8. Lotus Notes certified professional or equivalent work experience.
