Responsibilities:

- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
& m" \; @) P4 w- D7 ?9 Q- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;

Requirement:

Responsibilities:
6 H& [  z0 U, y1.Handle call/email enquires from internal customers regarding L-notes server configuration ( S1 D/ y3 A% |! n3 A, p
2.Perform Lotus Notes related tasks while providing notes related assistance to the users in a semi-voice/non-voice based environment.
3 r0 T8 Z% |7 i; T7 Y: D2 m) y& G( e3.Perform VC facilities and collaboration support to end users, eg Movi2, Sharepoint, etc
: R$ C" }* \, |5 T6 J% ?6 I7 `4.Acquire a thorough understanding of the process procedures, keep abreast with changes made and provide quality services to the users.

7. Be responsible for ensuring the Service Level Agreements are met.

1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. $ ]  H, s& e2 D
2. Quick learner with an ability to share and transfer knowledge. 4 U7 h& S- t' H2 ?( p: ]% w) J
3. Ability to build and maintain cordial relationship with users, peers and people at all levels utilizing diplomacy, judgment and interpersonal skills. + f! x; R, {) W3 s4 \, Y
4. one-year working experience on Lotus Domino would be preferable. : v# G- M$ z% x
5. Knowledge on Sametime, Lotus Connections, Computer Networking and Audio-Visual Technologies, Telepresence, Sharepoint, Wiki Blogs and Tandberg VC would be preferable. 9 @0 r; g0 X- k. n
6. Any Bachelors degree

2 L7 `  d1 y' V. q7. Good command in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
4 c( Q! q6 _4 g; A  Z0 J8. Lotus Notes certified professional or equivalent work experience.
