3.Perform VC facilities and collaboration support to end users, eg Movi2, Sharepoint, etc

5. Knowledge on Sametime, Lotus Connections, Computer Networking and Audio-Visual Technologies, Telepresence, Sharepoint, Wiki Blogs and Tandberg VC would be preferable.
