Responsibilities:

2 [5 h8 I0 O: V9 g) S( X8 v2.Perform Lotus Notes related tasks while providing notes related assistance to the users in a semi-voice/non-voice based environment.

4.Acquire a thorough understanding of the process procedures, keep abreast with changes made and provide quality services to the users. $ Q% _: Y/ B @' R \ G

6. be resourceful, innovative and show initiative while supporting any team projects taken up

4. one-year working experience on Lotus Domino would be preferable. 0 @. ]9 [: _$ ]8 h X# R# G" B
5. Knowledge on Sametime, Lotus Connections, Computer Networking and Audio-Visual Technologies, Telepresence, Sharepoint, Wiki Blogs and Tandberg VC would be preferable.

7. Good command in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
