* Mastering Java/Java EE (or C++) development skills.
8 J. D6 j' {' }3 r7 i4 W, f* Mastering Eclipse plug-in development and Experience of using Rational test tools(or Mercury).
* Familiar with industrial popular development methodology like RUP, Agile, etc is a plus.
$ t# Q) `, q* K- r' W" W* XML programming experience is a plus.
* Familiar with client side & server side UI development skills including Widget, Java Script, RESTful service, JSP, JSF (or equivalent technology like Struct + Spring).
* Familiar with SCA, SDO is a plus.
* Have good knowledge on at least following one area:Knowledge of JavaEE development and architecture and a good understand of trend of SOA; Knowledge of Java/C++ parallel programming or JVM
* Self-motivated and good teamwork.
