*SW engineer for emerging technology incubation projects (Software as a Service, SOA standard, and multicore tooling), ETI

* Mastering Java/Java EE (or C++) development skills.
- b( ]! @1 h+ I  K( n' X. k8 t* Mastering Eclipse plug-in development and Experience of using Rational test tools(or Mercury).
* Familiar with industrial popular development methodology like RUP, Agile, etc is a plus.

. B6 B# z% y; U6 r* Familiar with client side & server side UI development skills including Widget, Java Script, RESTful service, JSP, JSF (or equivalent technology like Struct + Spring).
