Requirement:

IT Processing Operations Executive - 资讯科技营运助理

Responsibilities: ' r- j. g  W- L2 J6 ]
1.Handle call/email enquires from internal customers regarding L-notes server configuration
( D# D7 b# ^8 s6 i2.Perform Lotus Notes related tasks while providing notes related assistance to the users in a semi-voice/non-voice based environment. 4 K5 B0 V& @5 M/ g2 z6 C
3.Perform VC facilities and collaboration support to end users, eg Movi2, Sharepoint, etc ! `7 L) a# x4 x- l& ^+ C0 [) @% j; E0 V. {
4.Acquire a thorough understanding of the process procedures, keep abreast with changes made and provide quality services to the users. ) Z; m0 s' h+ e% Z) N- {# o

Requirements:
' E5 X% R6 `: W% t) c/ a& o1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
) I4 ^$ y& ~, L4 ?2. Quick learner with an ability to share and transfer knowledge.
& a4 f' ^9 K( p! H4 e4 }3. Ability to build and maintain cordial relationship with users, peers and people at all levels utilizing diplomacy, judgment and interpersonal skills.
$ S# A2 P4 ?6 N. |( T" \4. one-year working experience on Lotus Domino would be preferable.
; i* M8 I: @8 Q! H3 }" g) }6 m5. Knowledge on Sametime, Lotus Connections, Computer Networking and Audio-Visual Technologies, Telepresence, Sharepoint, Wiki Blogs and Tandberg VC would be preferable. " y4 g" r$ T) k& r( l7 a
6. Any Bachelors degree

7. Good command in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
