Responsibilities:

2.Perform Lotus Notes related tasks while providing notes related assistance to the users in a semi-voice/non-voice based environment. 3 \# i( |& p" ]9 l
3.Perform VC facilities and collaboration support to end users, eg Movi2, Sharepoint, etc + A2 z) V) _/ H' F8 X* B u h
4.Acquire a thorough understanding of the process procedures, keep abreast with changes made and provide quality services to the users. ; j/ L0 p+ P: G

5. Knowledge on Sametime, Lotus Connections, Computer Networking and Audio-Visual Technologies, Telepresence, Sharepoint, Wiki Blogs and Tandberg VC would be preferable. * s; Z2 K/ T& |8 ^0 i
6. Any Bachelors degree
