* O; P/ q3 R  o+ RAs a Manager Trainee, the right candidates will begin learning all of  the ground level, day
- I" [) l. U/ U( S
to day operations. They will then master the  skills  needed  to  effectively  manage  an

office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses,teaching

% J/ H1 B/ u- H4 d/ B3 jand interviewing,overseeing promotions,and managing a portfolio  of  established clients.

Manager Trainees  will also provide daily support to the Training and Campaign Managers.When
