Job Duties:

to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;

- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
8 d9 J P/ _( J8 X- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

Requirements: ; f5 g9 n3 L9 P. V2 O; K
- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable; 8 @( S$ ]. Y* P. E8 _8 ^' S
- Fluent and pure Cantonese; $ Q# w1 N. V. o$ X: f* A
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities;
. t4 u0 [- V7 o/ G1 x, Q; |- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable; . ]* r8 z9 j8 y/ p7 C) ~

- Attention to details;
