- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response; 8 z! T0 p8 E2 K" B
to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;
; Z3 {" D2 C" w# i: u! i- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards; 3 Q8 Z/ ?+ ?; M" B
- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
* K: }# k3 J3 |, x! D3 ^- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications. ) ^1 k4 B: {3 W9 o7 n+ Y- }

Requirements: # D' G' f/ y6 F* |% d! R9 g
- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable; 8 B' z, O4 m2 d! Z0 q
- Fluent and pure Cantonese; 8 o0 [% J+ q0 A4 O: Q6 b% _
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities; , e7 {3 t; R1 ^" a, h5 C; `
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
* t' M, o$ N; k- PC literacy and exposure to email handling; 6 z) u7 q) |/ k" X, K* I
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
