Job Duties:
% X+ p& Z5 M5 r3 h& a& H- Collect relevant product and service information and provide accurate and high quality response;
to customer's written enquiries via phone, emails and letters;
- Deliver prompt response to customers within established turnaround standards;
- Actively turn customer enquiries into sales, cross-selling and referral opportunities;
6 J5 A0 R) K- _( m* J" t- Imply from common customer enquiries to make recommendations on service and sales delivery as well as customer and marketing communications.

. S8 n+ g- ^- ^' ?( GRequirements:
8 m- \. L2 [1 z2 Q# ~1 I' e2 u- A bachelor holder, English or relative discipline are preferable;
- Fluent and pure Cantonese;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and creative problem solving abilities;
- Good knowledge in personal financial services and experiences in general customer services and sales is preferable;
2 J- t- I/ A/ e- P: T- PC literacy and exposure to email handling;
- Excellent customer orientation mindset;
' G! L7 V, Y3 P0 c- Attention to details;
  `; A( S7 H% a0 ^6 x- l( V# @- 2011 intern is welcomed.

6 H0 ]' K* {% O9 p& c% ^Working Time:
- Rotating day shift (9:00-18:00),from Monday to Saturday;
" c4 h; x3 W7 z5 k8 i) L- E0 o$ \$ S1 E( y- 8 hours per shift,average 40 hours per week.
