1. Collect and analyze market data on customer demographics, preferences and buying habits to identify potential markets;
4 k2 p8 _- _; O2. Acquire market information from related industrial stakeholders via direct client liaison;
2 i1 }* F$ r0 @* I3. Summarize market trend and factors affecting product and services demand, provide information to help department determine the position of marketplace;
4. Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution;
6 u' `/ Y6 d7 F$ g4 B7 C5. Communicate and assess qualification of potential customers align with company marketing plan and strategy;
9 q+ {1 P$ j' f7 c  n6. Advise and present research findings to management on how to best use.

* ~/ ]7 C) Y& q* O7 l: cRequirements:
; x5 Z* z  t; b+ t4 N1. At least 2 years related working experience. With IT/ERP application background, or new customer development experience is preferred;
2. Collegue degree in economics/trading English or Marketing major;
9 V2 y& U2 ~/ Q3. Open-minded with both international view and the sense of local market differentiations.
4. Effective communicating in both written and oral English as appropriate for the needs of the audience;
5. Communicate as an active listener, give full attention to what customer saying, understand the points being made, and raise questions as appropriate;
6. Acute observation of market and strong sense of analytical thinking;
